Call To Order

Members sign in on sheet.

1.  Threat Risk Assessment:

1. Identify students that may be at risk
2. Establish who will interview students of concern, classmates, teachers, parents, etc.
3. Policies in place for various concerning and prohibited behaviors
4. Reporting mechanisms for victims and witnesses
5. School Resource Officer/law enforcement intervention
6. During an Intruder on Campus Threat:   Discuss possible rally points.
7. Teachers know what belongs and what does not.  Keep your head on a swivel for anyone carrying something that might look suspicious.
8. Bus Drivers, check list for bus and surrounding area.
1. Discuss back up plan if busses are unable to be utilized.

2. Bullying issues
   1. Discuss at school and online Bullying issues and recommendations for use of forms given out at our meeting in August 2019.
   2. Operation Aware for 11^th and 5^th grades
   3. Is there anything second semester for students scheduled (such as the sextortion presentation)
   4. Challenge Day for 7^th and 8^th Grades Jan. 13, 2020.
3. Suicide Prevention/Crisis Team Meeting is scheduled for today at 8:00am.
4. Review the 72-hour Emergency Plan for Students with Medical Needs.  A copy of this has be given to the medical team as well.
5. Discuss Human Trafficking.
6. Check that phone numbers on contact list are correct.
7. New business.
