As required by Section 311, Title 25 of the Oklahoma Statutes, notice is hereby given that the Board of Education of Independent School District No. 7 of Rogers County, Oklahoma, will hold a SPECIAL MEETING on April 22, 2021 at 6:00 o’clock p.m., at the School Board Conference Room, Foyil Public School, 17002 East 4th Street, Foyil, Oklahoma.
AGENDA
The following is a list of the business to be conducted by the Board of Education at the above meeting:
1. Call meeting to order.
2. Roll call.
3. Motion, discussion and vote to authorize the school district’s attorney, in consultation with the Superintendent of schools, to initiate legal action against the Oklahoma State Board of Education (“Board”) to address the equalization of funding as set forth in the Board’s Resolution approved at the Board’s Special meeting on March 25, 2021.
4. Vote to approve calendar for the 2021-2022 school year.
5. Vote to accept resignation of certified staff.
6. Vote to approve hire of Travis Jenkins as Agriculture Education teacher for the 2021-2022 school year.
7. Adjournment.
