Foyil Families,

Due to the rising number of Covid positives cases and exposures to our students and staff, Foyil Public Schools will pivot to virtual learning for Thursday and Friday of this week (January 13th and 14th). By transitioning to virtual learning, it will give our students and staff a 5-day period of separation to help minimize further spread. This 5 day period will include January 17th as a holiday for Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Day. In-person learning will resume on Tuesday, January 18th.

Healthy staff members will be available via email throughout the school day to assist students that need it. Janitorial and maintenance staff will take these days to sanitize and deep-clean all facilities. All extra-curricular activities during this period will be postponed and/or made up if possible.

Breakfast and lunches will be available for pick up in the circle drive of the cafeteria on Thursday and Friday of this week between 10:30 - 12:00. Upon return to in-person instruction, please monitor your child for symptoms. If symptoms exist, please keep students at home.

Again, ALL students will pivot to virtual learning this Thursday and Friday and in-person learning will resume on Tuesday, January 18th.
