As required by Section 311, Title 25 of the Oklahoma Statutes, notice is hereby given that the Board of Education of Independent School District No. 7 of Rogers County, Oklahoma, will hold a SPECIAL MEETING on February28, 2024 at 6:00 o’clock p.m., at the School Board Conference Room, Foyil Public School, 17002 East 4thStreet, Foyil, Oklahoma.
AGENDA
The following is a list of the business to be conducted by the Board of Education at the above meeting:
1. Call meeting to order.
2. Roll call.
3. Consider and take possible action on warrants and encumbrances for the general fund.
4. Consider and take possible action on purchase of 2021 Bluebird bus with 20,441 miles for $68,130.00
5. Proposed Executive Session to discuss possible appointments and/or assignments for certified staff for the 2024-2025 school year so that the board can return to open session with a possible vote to be taken regarding personnel assignments. 25 O.S. Section 307 (B)(1)(2)
6. Vote to convene in executive session.
7. Vote to acknowledge the board has returned to open session.
8. Executive session minutes compliance announcement.
a. Names of those present in executive session.
b. Discussion in executive session was limited to possible appointments and/or assignments for certified staff for the 2024-2025 school year, and no other matters were discussed.
c. No Board action was taken in executive session.
9. Consider and take possible action on reassignment of personnel.
10. Adjournment.
